Player Agreement & Platform Rules

By accessing the 7x77 website at https://7x77.io, creating a player account, or using any service offered by 7x77 (including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment processing), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 7x77 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "7x77" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the 7x77 online casino and sports betting platform operated at https://7x77.io.
• "Player" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered a 7x77 account or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered player profile associated with a unique username and password on the 7x77 platform.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a player's 7x77 account, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a player account by 7x77, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks and proof of payment method.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the 7x77 platform.
• "Game Provider" — a third-party software studio whose games are available on the 7x77 platform, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Habanero, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming.

To register and maintain a 7x77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7x77 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and will require documentary proof of age upon request.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual — corporate accounts and accounts operated by agents or third parties on behalf of another person are prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of 7x77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 7x77 or any affiliated entity or game provider.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7x77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

7x77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Verification may be requested at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered to your name, or a card statement for Visa/Mastercard transactions.
• Source of Funds: In cases of high-value transactions, 7x77 may request documentation verifying the legitimate source of deposited funds.

7x77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe, or the submission of fraudulent documents, will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All financial transactions on 7x77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern your use of the 7x77 cashier:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Supported Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within four (4) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days.
• Currency: 7x77 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. All BDT conversion costs associated with Visa/Mastercard transactions are the responsibility of the Player's card issuer.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Only funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the initial deposit, unless explicitly authorised otherwise by 7x77 support.

7x77 does not charge processing fees on standard BDT mobile banking withdrawals. However, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable administrative fee on withdrawals where fraudulent or bonus-abusive activity is identified.

7x77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a player's account in the form of Bonus Funds, which are held separately from the real-money Balance until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• The standard wagering requirement for all 7x77 deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots and arcade games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%; sports bets may contribute at a rate specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited. Any unused Bonus Funds remaining after this period will be removed from the account without notice.
• 7x77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any bonus already credited to a player account being honoured in accordance with these terms.
• Players who abuse the bonus system — including by using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or engaging in patterns of play designed to exploit promotional terms — will have their Bonus Funds voided and may have their account suspended.
• A maximum withdrawal limit of ৳50,000 applies to winnings derived from Bonus Funds, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit must be a minimum of ৳500 made via an approved BDT payment method. Deposits made via certain payment methods may not qualify for bonus activation — refer to the active promotion page for details.

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted on the 7x77 platform:

• All casino games available on 7x77 are supplied by third-party game providers. The rules of each game are defined by the respective provider and displayed within the game interface. 7x77 is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by a provider's software.
• In the event of a technical fault or server disconnection during gameplay, 7x77 will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account.
• Sports betting odds are set by 7x77 and may be adjusted at any time prior to an event commencing. Bets placed before an odds revision are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• 7x77 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, game, or event at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• Bets placed in error (e.g., on the wrong selection, wrong match, or at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical fault) may be voided by 7x77 at its discretion. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• Winnings are credited to a player's real-money Balance immediately upon the settlement of a bet or the completion of a game round.

Cricket betting markets on 7x77 cover BPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and other approved competitions. Specific market rules — including how abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and super overs are settled — are published on the Cricket betting page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7x77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including real-money Balance and Bonus Funds), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Identity Theft: Using false identity documents, impersonating another person, or providing false information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7x77 platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Match-Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets based on non-public information or in connection with any attempt to fix the outcome of a sporting event.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or play casino games on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game format.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider after a deposit has been used for gaming on the 7x77 platform.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access 7x77 services if you are under 21 years of age.

All content on the 7x77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of 7x77 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7x77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 7x77 platform without prior written consent from 7x77.

7x77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7x77 uses SSL encryption across all pages of the platform to protect data in transit. Personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

7x77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools, accessible free of charge from your account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 7x77 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.

7x77's total liability to you for any direct damages arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7x77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7x77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds displayed, or the fitness of third-party game content for any particular purpose. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, and third-party service failures are outside 7x77's direct control.

7x77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7x77 will update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document and will use reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 7x77 platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and, if applicable, withdraw your remaining Balance before closing your account.

7x77 operates as an offshore platform. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7x77 is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 7x77 platform, you agree to first contact 7x77 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected] in order to seek an informal resolution. 7x77 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which 7x77 is registered. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
